Working hours: 9am-5pm CST Onsite 5 days a week

Duties & Responsibility:

  • Review resumes and applications and conduct screening interviews.
  • Proficient in crafting professional resumes.
  • Handle all interview scheduling and follow up for Recruiting team.
  • Attend job fairs and Network/Connect to build relationships with college placement offices, alumni offices, and college engineering departments.
  • Assist hiring managers in salary negotiations.
  • Provide recruiting coordination and support for high level recruiting process
  • Work closely with the Recruiting Manager in all aspects of recruiting functions including sourcing, competitive research and screening
  • Assist in the development of reports and analytics.
  • Perform other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in recruiting or talent acquisition in the technical field is a MUST.
  • Ready to work in fast-pace environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
  • Knowledge of visa and other immigration status
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales skills to effectively sell the company and job opportunities to potential candidates
Education/Experience :
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1-2 years of technical recruiting required.
